Cancellation Policy

We want to give every client the time and attention that you deserve for your appointment. We understand that sometimes circumstances arise and you need to make adjustments to your plans. We ask to please give us a 48 hour notice of your scheduled chemical or extension appointment if you need to cancel or rebook. Other services we ask for a 24hr notice. Since the services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply. We will be asking for a credit card to have on file. Less than a 48hr notice will result in a charge equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. If we do not have a card on file, your remaining cancellation fee will need to be paid before scheduling any further appointments.

Lateness Policy

Please note that if you are 15 minute late for your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it can not be completed in the remaining time frame. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made. If we do not hear from you 15 or more minutes into your scheduled appointment time we will consider you a “No Show”. No shows will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. If we do not have a card on file, your remaining “no show” fee will need to be paid before scheduling any further appointments.
